About Cari
Cari Wolter is a successful real estate investor who flips houses and creates passive income through rental properties. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Cari has always had a passion for entrepreneurship. While working full-time, Cari purchased her first investment property in 2010 and then transitioned to become a full-time real estate investor in 2016. Shortly after, Cari met her husband, Eric Wolter; soon thereafter they merged their businesses and the rest is history! Cari is passionate about helping people achieve financial freedom through real estate investment and acquisition so that they can live freely, both financially and spiritually. She currently oversees acquisitions, marketing and all aspects of project and property management.
